A Career Selling Educational Franchises

You are probably already a seasoned sales person. You expect to be rewarded well for your services. Your role as a School Broker is very specific. You will support the Due Diligence process of a prospective school franchisee. You understand the best way to sell is not to push but to ask questions, to present the offer, to look for a mutually beneficial basis upon which to build a business relationship. In other words you will often be helping educators get into their first business with safety and support.

In short you will be ready to:

1. Produce and receive genuine inquiries.
2. Process inquiries through level one discovery and disqualification (D&D) process.
3. Determine which inquiries to meet and which to disqualify as unsuitable.
4. Meet with your client and Employ level two D&D process and then support your client through their Due Diligence.
5. Close the sale of the school.
6. Stay with your client until they are ready to be handed over to the appropriate school intake system.
7. Know when to access the School Brokers support system and know when you're okay on your own.

Income Generation

There are two levels of available brokerages. Licensed Broker and Senior Broker.

Licensed Broker Income:

1. New schools, the set brokerage fee for a licensed broker is US$2,250.
2. Developed schools draw 6% of the total price paid as a brokerage fee.

As you can see, as a Licensed School Broker your revenue will exceed your start up expense within the first two sales.

Senior Broker Income:

Senior Brokers income streams vary greatly from that of a Licensed broker. The investment level of a senior Broker is dependent upon and set in accordance to income potential.

Costs:

There are no ongoing costs at Schoolbrokers.com. To start earning money as a Licensed Broker you need only your initial investment of:

1. Time
2. The purchase your Brokers course and
3. The Purchase of your Brokers KIT.

That's it to the company. You're good to go. As a Professional Broker you will understand that this is a business requiring very low overhead. You don't need an office or staff unless you grow to a size necessitating these needs.

You will need a communication system providing for both telephone and email contacts. You will also need to be able to print out the Brokers KIT from the Internet.
